Every sponsor RFP asks the same quality questions.

Sponsor RFPs, vendor qualification questionnaires and audits all ask how your systems are validated and who signed off. Tribble answers them from what quality and regulatory already approved, and sends only the new questions back to them.

Three kinds of partner, three kinds of review.

CROs and clinical service providers

Sponsors run a formal RFP, then a bid defense, then a qualification audit before work starts.

CDMOs and manufacturing partners

Every new program brings a quality agreement and a supplier audit.

They send

GMP compliance, deviation history, capacity

Technology and data vendors

Software used in trials is judged on validation as much as on features.

One question, start to finish.

What happens to a single question when a vendor qualification questionnaire lands.

The question

Is your system validated for use under 21 CFR Part 11? Describe your audit trail and electronic signature controls.

Example: sponsor vendor qualification questionnaire, owned by your head of quality

  1. 01

    It comes in

The questionnaire arrives as the sponsor’s spreadsheet or through their supplier portal. Tribble reads every question, including the multi-part ones.

  2. 02

    Tribble drafts it

It matches the question to your approved validation summary and drafts the reply in the sponsor’s wording.

Sourcecomputer system validation summary. Owner: your head of quality.
  3. 03

    Only what’s new gets reviewed

A new release went out last month, so this answer goes to quality with the change marked. Answers that matched go straight through.

  4. 04

It goes back in their format

The answers go back into the sponsor’s file, ready for the audit.

The same approved answers at the bid defense.

Tribble Engage gives business development and project leads the approved answer in Slack or Teams, so what they say at the bid defense matches the proposal.

Tribble Scribe records the call, drafts the follow-up and updates the CRM.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can Tribble answer 21 CFR Part 11 and CSV questions?

Yes, from your own validation documentation. Each answer shows its source, and anything that changed after a new release goes to quality for review.

Does Tribble need patient data?

No. Tribble works from your proposals, quality documentation, approved capabilities and past responses. Each source keeps the permissions it already had.

How do we keep answers the same across regions and business units?

Answers can be approved for one region or for the whole company, and every team answers from the same approved version.

What happens after a deviation or a new SOP?

Update the approved answer once. New responses use it, and answers that relied on the old version are flagged for review.

Is Tribble secure enough for sponsor audits?

Tribble is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and every source keeps its original permissions, so people only see what they’re allowed to see.

Bring your last vendor qualification questionnaire.

Send a redacted one, or a recent sponsor RFP. We’ll answer it from your own material on the call, and show you which questions would go to quality.
